Bolivar Cigars
(5 Reviews)
Still very popular today, the brand has far more competition, especially from all of the many new and exciting boutique brands that cater to the tastes and lifestyle of the modern smoker. The original Bolivar is a full-flavored Honduran loaded with rich, earthy flavors. The quality control is impeccable and, to this day, I have never smoked a bad one, as they are all faultlessly rolled and aged to perfection. After many long years, the brand added a fresh new look to the lineup by releasing the Bolivar Heritage cigar. A mixture of old-world artisan-ship and contemporary character, this exciting new stick has a bold band, a gorgeous Dominican wrapper, and a five-nation blend of well-aged binder and filler tobaccos. I must say that after savoring the medium-to-full-bodied notes of coffee, earth, nuts, and spice, the Heritage breathed new life into the Bolivar brand.
