Gispert cigars prove that a premium Honduran cigar doesn’t have to strong to taste good. This is a wonderful medium body cigar, and one of my personal favorites. Rich Honduran and Nicaraguan tobaccos are used for filler and binder, and the strength is toned down by the creamy, golden brown Ecuador Connecticut wrapper that rests on top. When in the mood for a good Maduro, I often look for hints of cocoa, caramel, graham cracker, and just a hint of spice provides a very satisfying smoke that is not strong or mellow. Regardless of your strength preference Gispert offers enough complexity and vibrant taste to appeal to just about every type smoker.
