During this time Levine would smoke test samples sent by Martinez before settling on the brilliant blend we know today as Serie L. Crafted out of the famed Joya de Nicaragua factory, the LOFB Serie L is a Nicaraguan cigar whose flavor focus blend falls in the medium-bodied range. Each cigar is constructed from choice crop of the finest Nicaraguan tobacco for the binder and long filler. Completing its construction is a crisp Ecuadorian tobacco leaf as the wrapper which imparts zesty and sweet nuances to the blend. The profile offered is one of indulgence but is balanced with spicy undertones accenting the strong presence of smooth creamy, woodsy, cocoa and leather notes noticed from the time you light up down to the nub. Twenty of these brilliantly blended cigars are neatly presented in a red, black and white box boldly displaying its brand logo. Their bands are equally pleasing in appearance, matching back to the color scheme of its packaging. The blend is formatted in three different Vitolas - a Churchill 7×50, Robusto 5x50, and a Toro 6x54. Smokers can expect smoking times ranging approximately from thirty minutes to an hour and a half.
