Romeo y Julieta Anejados cigars put a modern spin on one of my all-time favorite brands. Handmade in Honduras, these gems from Romeo are covered in oily, golden brown Connecticut wrappers over Dominican fillers. Although billed as mellow cigars, I found the rich flavors of coffee, spice, wood, and cedar to be more in the medium strength range. Either way, it’s the perfect smoke for both newbies and experienced connoisseurs alike, that are looking for a surprisingly affordable Romeo y Julieta blend.
