AJ Fernandez Enclave Figurado is a gorgeous premium cigar handcrafted at AJ’s huge Tabacalera Fernandez factory in Estelí, Nicaragua . Inside this five pack, was 5-solidly packed premiums covered by a silky textured clay red Habano wrapper leaf. Under the wrapper is a Cameroon binder that cradles a blend of Nicaraguan long-fillers grown from Cuban seeds. The first few puffs for this pointed tip Figurado offer a tight draw with whisps of strong pepper, but it soon settles into a smooth profile of bread and coffee bean notes after the barrel opens up. Molasses, earth, and cinnamon are the predominant notes for the rest of the smoke with pepper tones still lingering in the background. Enclave Figurado is a great cigar to pair with my favorite bourbon, along with a nice cup of gourmet coffee or espresso.
