Jaime Garcia Reserva Especial Corona Grande cigars feature a very dark and somewhat oily Connecticut Broadleaf maduro wrapper paired with a blend of Nicaraguan binder and fillers all grown on the Garcia family's farms. I found this to be a very smooth medium strength smoke, that’s a bit mellower than most Garcia family blends. This 6.25 x 48 Corona Grande burned slowly and evenly while serving up rich flavors of chocolate, leather, pepper, earth, and cream, with some sweetness on the backend.
