Famous celebrity Chef Guy Fieri and Erik Espinosa, brand owner of Espinosa premium cigars, have a true masterpiece on their hands with the Knuckle Sandwich Gordo Maduro cigars. A deep, dark, Ecuadorian maduro leaf is followed with a core Nicaraguan binder and fillers to provide what both men intended: a premium cigar made to pair perfectly with fine dining. After lighting this big 6 x 60 stick, I was confronted with a blast of pepper, soon joined by complex notes of chocolate, earth, roasted nuts, and espresso. Although Knuckle Sandwich Gordo Maduro was designed to be paired with fine gourmet cuisine, I found it equally enjoyable when smoked after a fast food cheeseburger, or totally on its own.
