Las Calaveras 2023

Las Calaveras 2023 LC52 cigars are produced by Crowned Heads and expertly handcrafted at the My Father Cigars factory in Nicaragua. This top notch ( 6 x 52) Toro, along with the rest of the line, marks the 10th year that this enormously popular annual series from Crowned Heads has been released. Made to showcase a variety of different blends each year, 2023 marks the first time since 2016, that the blend features a Connecticut Broadleaf maduro wrapper. Underneath this very dark and oily leaf, is a core of fully aged binder and long filler tobaccos from Nicaragua. This was a smooth, medium to full bodied smoke with captivating flavors of chocolate, pepper, earth, and espresso, that provided a maduro style smoking experience that was truly second to none. My only regret is that Las Calaveras 2023 LC52 isn’t a regular production cigar. Knowing this, I had no other choice but to stockpile these beauties in my humidor before they are gone for good!
