San Cristobal

Created for Ashton, and produced by Don Pepin Garcia , San Cristobal Supremo cigars are fantastic smokes that became a permanent fixture in my humidor, after smoking just a few. The blend features aged Nicaraguan binder and fillers, covered by a beautiful oily and dark Ecuadorian Habano Oscuro wrapper. Right out of the gate I was greeted with a fiery blast of black pepper through the nostrils and palate, soon joined by softer notes of chocolate, coffee ,and sweet cream, that remained throughout the duration of the smoke, with slight hints of pepper still lingering in the background. The construction was flawless, and the cigar provided a great burn and effortless draw right down to the nub. When it comes to San Cristobal Supremo, Don Pepin Garcia and Ashton have created a modern day classic that every serious cigar afficionado needs to try.
